Recipe: Leeks with micuit and caviar
Ingredients:

1 jar of El Navarrico extra-fine leeks

Duck micuit or foie

Caviar or trout/salmon roe

Toast or puff pastry base (optional)

Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:

Drain the leeks and place them neatly on a serving plate.

Slice the micuit thinly and place it on top of the leeks.

Add a small spoonful of caviar over each piece.
