Today, we’re sharing a very simple and easy recipe featuring our extra-fine leeks and our delicious Romesco sauce.

INGREDIENTS

100 g of extra virgin olive oil

25 g of balsamic cream vinegar

Flaky sea salt
PREPARATION

Freeze two tablespoons of Romesco sauce about half an hour before serving.
We recommend placing the spoons carefully on a flat container in the freezer. -
Meanwhile, prepare a balsamic vinaigrette by mixing the olive oil with the balsamic cream vinegar.
Stir vigorously until well emulsified and set aside. -
Open the jar of extra-fine black label leeks, drain the brine, and neatly arrange the leeks parallel on a plate or serving board.

Dress the leeks with the vinaigrette and top them with the frozen Romesco sauce, which will add both texture and a spectacular burst of flavor.
